Name of the credit program: Private Sector Investment

Project / Investment title: Construction and equipping of a factory for the production of medium- and high-voltage energy cables for voltages ranging from 10 kV to 220 kV in Bedekovcina.

In July 2024, we began building of our third factory in the Poznanovec Business Zone, municipality of Bedekovčina. This new production facility will produce Medium and High Voltage power cables ranging from 10 kV to 220 kV. With this strategic investment of €40 million, we are significantly boosting our Group’s capacities and expanding our product line from Low Voltage to Medium and High Voltage cables.

The new 15,000 m² factory will include 12 production lines covering all six stages of manufacturing, as well as cutting-edge testing equipment to ensure product quality and safety. Construction is expected to be completed and production launched in the fourth quarter of 2025.

This is the initial step of the investment. In subsequent phases, we intend to expand our production program to include cables with voltage ratings of up to 500 kV. With this expansion, the overall investment is estimated to be around €100 million, reinforcing our long-term growth strategy and position as one of Europe’s top power cable manufacturers.

The project (first phase) is supported by a loan from the European Investment Bank with a subsidized interest rate and backed by a guarantee provided by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU Instrument.

In line with our strong commitment to sustainable development, the factory will be built to the highest European standards for energy efficiency and environmental protection. Modern materials and technology will be used during construction to reduce environmental impact, while the manufacturing process will be optimized for maximum energy efficiency.

This investment is a significant step in our development toward a more technologically advanced, energy-efficient, and sustainable industry.

23. May 2025.

This month, we marked by the opening our new subsidiary in Turkey, as we continue to expand our global presence in line with our long-term strategy and vision.

This move reflects our commitment to being closer to our clients and enhancing responsiveness. We are convinced of the significance of local presence and being closer to our clients which enables us to better understand their requirements and respond quickly.

This expansion comes as a natural progression of recent developments across our Group. Following the successful launch of our second low voltage cable production facility in North Macedonia, we are getting ready to open a new plant in Croatia next year that will specialize in medium and high voltage cables. Upon completion of these projects, we will be able to produce a full range of cable products, from low to high voltage.

With this expansion, TT Cables Group is now officially registered in eight countries, including factories in Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Croatia, as well as subsidiaries in Lithuania, Austria, Serbia, Romania, and now Turkey.

Our third Sustainability Report (2024)

13. May 2025.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰)

In 2007, we launched our business with a big vision — to become an industry leader.

Nearly two decades later, we have achieved a lot: built a strong international team, opened new factories, expanded into diverse markets across Europe and beyond. But there is one more thing that stands out— we have learned to „𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻“ — as individuals, as teams, and as a company.

Embedding the mindset that only 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 is truly successful business has taken time, but today, we’re proud to say it’s embedded in every part of what we do.

It’s been a journey — and it still is — but with the release of our third Sustainability Report, we’re proud to show that ESG is no longer something we do on the side. It’s how we innovate, operate, choose our partners, and grow together with them.

30. April 2025.

After earning our first EcoVadis Bronze Medal last year, we’re thrilled to announce that in 2025 we’ve moved up to Silver, ranking among the 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 worldwide for sustainability performance. 🌱

Last year we expressed that these are the pillars on which we continue to grow, achieving the goals we have set in both the short and long term.
Today, we reaffirm that statement, and with our two factories (Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia) and a third one under construction (Croatia), this recognition confirms we’re on the right path.

We continue building a future that’s not only powerful, but also responsible.
Congrats to whole team for turning our commitment into action – this medal belongs to you!

Lecture on Sustainable Business and Reporting at the Faculty of Economics

Separator - ttcables.com
23. January 2025.

On January 21, a lecture on the topic “Sustainable Business and Reporting” was held at the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar. During the lecture, we explained the key aspects of sustainable business practices and, using the example of TT Cables, demonstrated the importance of integrating sustainability into business operations.

We emphasized how a sustainable approach contributes to long-term success and consumer trust, and highlighted the importance of transparent reporting on sustainable practices. We also pointed out that sustainability is not just a current topic but a practice of the future that will shape the way businesses operate and compete in the market.

For students, understanding sustainable business and reporting offers a significant advantage in the job market, as employers increasingly seek professionals who understand and apply sustainable practices.

The lecture sparked great interest among students, who had the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the discussion.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Associate Professor, PhD, Josipa Grbavac and the Faculty of Economics for their invitation and trust.
