We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new subsidiary in ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ, ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฎ, marking yet another key milestone for our company. All of our subsidiaries, six in total (Lithuania, Serbia, Croatia, Austria, North Macedonia, and now Romania), were established to foster stronger relationships with our customers by providing customized support and solutions that meet the unique needs of their market.

At TT Cables, Romania has long been an export market, and this step signifies the next level in our growth strategy as we expand our business with the construction of two new factories and significantly increasing our capacity and product range. This subsidiary, with our professional staff supported by a local sales team, brings us even closer to our Romanian and neighboring customers, ensuring that our high-quality products and technical support are always available.

As we begin this new chapter, we are excited about all the opportunities that lie ahead.

Our new cable factory for medium and high voltage in Bedekovcina/Croatia

Big updates are rolling in at TT Cables! While our production lines are buzzing, we’re also full steam ahead on new construction sites for our upcoming production facilities. These new plants will significantly boost our capacity and expand our product range.

Intersolar Europe โ€“ The Worldโ€™s Leading Exhibition for the Solar Industry

We are pleased to announce that our exhibition at the Intersolar fair in Munich, held from June 19th to 21st, was a great success. Intersolar is an international meeting place for the solar industry, bringing together energy suppliers, investors, and planners. Alongside 3,000 exhibitors from 55 countries and approximately 110,000 visitors from 176 countries, our team had the opportunity to showcase our products, inform visitors about our new projects, and announce the launch of our new factories.

The positive feedback and interest we received were overwhelming, and we look forward to building on these new connections and opportunities.

We at TT Cables always attempt to exceed expectations which is why we are releasing our second annual voluntary ESG Report.  This Report, which we drafted among the first in our country, covers our business in detail and shows transparency and responsibility to our customers, partners, and employees.

Our second ESG Report details all of the steps we’ve made to leave the planet cleaner for future generations as well as all of the initiatives we’ve launched to represent our people and community while promoting integrity in all aspects of our business. This Report serves not only to keep customers and partners informed about our business, but also to keep us motivated to outperform ourselves year on year and set even higher goals.

TT Cables: New factory for Low-Voltage cables in North Macedonia

We are pleased and proud to announce the launch of our new factory in Macedonia, a project which we have been working on for the past year.  This 20 million EUR investment is the result of detailed analyses which revealed that the sales potential of these cable types in the region and throughout Europe is significantly greater than our current production capabilities.

The new factory which covers 20,000 m2 will be located in Negotino, specifically the IGM Industrial Park which is strategically located near the highway, railway station and airport and will apply cutting-edge technology and sustainable manufacturing practices.

This factory will be part of the TT Cables Group, which employs over 400 persons and sells its products in more than 50 countries worldwide. Our Group currently has a distribution network through subsidiaries in Lithuania (TT Cables Nordic UAB), Austria (TT Cables GmbH Austria), Croatia (TT Kabeli doo Croatia), Serbia (TT Kabeli doo Serbia), Bosnia and Herzegovina (TT Kabeli doo Bosna and Herzegovina), and the next factory in North Macedonia (Kabeks Kables dooel – TT Kabeli Macedonia).

The investment in a new factory in North Macedonia provides our Group with a new range of signal, control and instrumentation cables, as well as the expansion of existing capacities for our sales network.  The new factory has a capacity of approximately 30,000 tons of cables across 30 production lines. This investment will create 90 new high-quality jobs and business opportunities for approximately 100 local suppliers, boosting economic development not only in North Macedonia, but throughout the region.  The new factory will have cutting-edge, highly automated machinery and production lines, allowing for maximum efficiency and scalability.

As always, strict quality control measures will be implemented in all of our processes to support international standards and certifications, ensuring that the manufactured cables meet the needs of various industries and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. We are looking forward to the opening of the new factory, which we believe it will serve as a stepping stone for our ambitious plans in the future. Construction works and machine orders are already underway and the new factory is expected to open in the second half of this year, ushering in a new chapter and era for the entire TT Cables Group.

NEW ENVIROMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION

We are pleased to announce that our halogen free and UV resistant ๐—›๐—œ๐—ž-๐—”๐—Ÿ-๐—ฆ power cable has received an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

An EPD is a document that contains detailed information about the environmental performance based on LCA ( ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ-๐—ฐ๐˜†๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ) considering all of the product’s life cycle emissions, from raw materials to every stage of production, delivery, and, finally, recycling… The declaration is made in accordance with a International Standards, making EPD reliable and an internationally recognized tool for customers and anyone else interested in comparing the environmental impact of a product.

The ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ-๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜† ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป is an additional wind in our sails because it bears witness to our diligence and ensures that our manufacturing processes and materials meet the highest environmental standards. We are actively striving to obtain an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for our other products as well, proof of our dedication to sustainability and our responsibility not only to the environment but also to our customers.

TT Cables at Light+Building Fair in Frankfurt

Once again, we participated in the Light+Building fair in Frankfurt, the Worldโ€™s leading trade fair for lighting and building services technology. From March 3rd to the 8th, Frankfurt was the epicenter of innovation where our company showcased its products and informed visitors about our vision and mission.

Our team of experts was present to provide detailed information and advice and to answer any questions visitors had.

It was a pleasure to exhibit at a fair alongside 2169 other exhibits with more than 151,000 visitors – numbers which demonstrate the magnitued and significance of this event.

We thank everyone who visited our booth and look forward to potential collaboration and further advancement of the industry.
