Last week we proudly took part in an inspiring event in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where companies of all sizes gathered to celebrate Sustainability – dedication to the environment, social issues and governance. We are thrilled to announce that TT Kabeli has won the 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 in the “𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲” category for large businesses.
This award, presented by the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 in partnership with the Foreign Trade Chamber of BH and the Swedish Embassy, has been recognizing private sector efforts in Sustainable Development for six years.
We are particularly proud of winning in the “People” category, as it reflects our commitment of over 17 years to creating and retaining quality jobs, equality and growing from just a few to over 400 employees. This recognition drives us to keep pushing for Sustainability issues, support our local communities and reduce our impact on the environment, all while focusing on our most valuable asset—our staff.

We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new subsidiary in 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗮, 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮, marking yet another key milestone for our company. All of our subsidiaries, six in total (Lithuania, Serbia, Croatia, Austria, North Macedonia, and now Romania), were established to foster stronger relationships with our customers by providing customized support and solutions that meet the unique needs of their market.
At TT Cables, Romania has long been an export market, and this step signifies the next level in our growth strategy as we expand our business with the construction of two new factories and significantly increasing our capacity and product range. This subsidiary, with our professional staff supported by a local sales team, brings us even closer to our Romanian and neighboring customers, ensuring that our high-quality products and technical support are always available.
As we begin this new chapter, we are excited about all the opportunities that lie ahead.

The SBTi – Net-Zero Standard is a corporate climate action organization that offers businesses a well-defined path to 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, in accordance with the Paris Agreement targets (limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels).
The climate crisis is one of the biggest challenges humanity faces and as a regional leader in our industry, we at TT Cables believe we have a significant obligation to take action. The SBTi Net-Zero Standard initiative represents the highest standard for corporate climate goals and we are very proud to join. We are committed to doing our part in achieving these goals and also want to encourage other companies to do the same.

Big updates are rolling in at TT Cables! While our production lines are buzzing, we’re also full steam ahead on new construction sites for our upcoming production facilities. These new plants will significantly boost our capacity and expand our product range.
This month we started construction work for our cable factory 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗸𝗼𝘃𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮 / 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮. Watch the video to find out about the beginnings, the value of the investment, and the expected launch date.

We are pleased to announce that our exhibition at the Intersolar fair in Munich, held from June 19th to 21st, was a great success. Intersolar is an international meeting place for the solar industry, bringing together energy suppliers, investors, and planners. Alongside 3,000 exhibitors from 55 countries and approximately 110,000 visitors from 176 countries, our team had the opportunity to showcase our products, inform visitors about our new projects, and announce the launch of our new factories.
The positive feedback and interest we received were overwhelming, and we look forward to building on these new connections and opportunities.

We are pleased and proud to announce the launch of our new factory in Macedonia, a project which we have been working on for the past year. This 20 million EUR investment is the result of detailed analyses which revealed that the sales potential of these cable types in the region and throughout Europe is significantly greater than our current production capabilities.
The new factory which covers 20,000 m2 will be located in Negotino, specifically the IGM Industrial Park which is strategically located near the highway, railway station and airport and will apply cutting-edge technology and sustainable manufacturing practices.
This factory will be part of the TT Cables Group, which employs over 400 persons and sells its products in more than 50 countries worldwide. Our Group currently has a distribution network through subsidiaries in Lithuania (TT Cables Nordic UAB), Austria (TT Cables GmbH Austria), Croatia (TT Kabeli doo Croatia), Serbia (TT Kabeli doo Serbia), Bosnia and Herzegovina (TT Kabeli doo Bosna and Herzegovina), and the next factory in North Macedonia (Kabeks Kables dooel – TT Kabeli Macedonia).
The investment in a new factory in North Macedonia provides our Group with a new range of signal, control and instrumentation cables, as well as the expansion of existing capacities for our sales network. The new factory has a capacity of approximately 30,000 tons of cables across 30 production lines. This investment will create 90 new high-quality jobs and business opportunities for approximately 100 local suppliers, boosting economic development not only in North Macedonia, but throughout the region. The new factory will have cutting-edge, highly automated machinery and production lines, allowing for maximum efficiency and scalability.
As always, strict quality control measures will be implemented in all of our processes to support international standards and certifications, ensuring that the manufactured cables meet the needs of various industries and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations. We are looking forward to the opening of the new factory, which we believe it will serve as a stepping stone for our ambitious plans in the future. Construction works and machine orders are already underway and the new factory is expected to open in the second half of this year, ushering in a new chapter and era for the entire TT Cables Group.
